Technique: Place one tablespoon of organic, unrefined coconut oil in your mouth. Swish for 15–20 minutes, moving the oil between teeth and along the gums. Beginners may start with 5 minutes and gradually increase duration. Do not swallow
Clove Oil-Pulling contains eugenol, a natural anesthetic with anti-inflammatory properties. It may help reduce tooth discomfort and irritation.
